1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling, booking, or receiving services from Cleaning SystemX (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Cleaning SystemX provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Broward and Palm Beach County, Florida, including but not limited to carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, mattress cleaning, rug cleaning, and leather cleaning. All services are performed by certified technicians using professional-grade equipment.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed upon booking through our online portal, phone, or direct communication.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment issues, etc.) and will notify you as soon as possible.
• Customers must ensure access to the premises at the agreed time. If access is not available, a trip fee may apply.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows (customer not present at appointment time) will forfeit any prepaid amount for that visit.

5. Maintenance Plan (Subscription Services)

• The first visit is charged at full price to establish the baseline cleaning.
• Subscription discounts apply only to the same rooms or items included in the baseline visit. New areas are charged at full price and added to the plan at the next scheduled visit.
• Monthly payments are fixed and do not decrease if fewer services are performed in a given visit.
• Visits are scheduled in advance and do not roll over if missed.
• A minimum commitment of 3 months is required. After the minimum period, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.
• Early cancellation before the 3-month minimum will result in the customer paying the difference between the discounted price paid and the full price for all completed visits.
• Customers may pause the plan once per year for up to 1 month with at least 7 days' notice.
• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will forfeit that visit, and payment will continue as scheduled.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted based on the type of service, surface area, and condition of the items to be cleaned.
• Final pricing may vary from estimates if conditions differ from what was described at booking.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
• Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results of any cleaned area, notify us within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost. This guarantee applies to the original areas serviced and does not cover new stains, damage caused after service, or pre-existing conditions disclosed before service.

8. Pre-Existing Conditions & Limitations

• Cleaning SystemX is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, staining, or discoloration that cannot be fully resolved through professional cleaning.
• Some stains (bleach, permanent dyes, deep-set pet urine, etc.) may not be fully removable. Our technicians will advise on expected outcomes before proceeding.
• We are not liable for damage to items that are improperly installed, structurally compromised, or inherently delicate without prior disclosure.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for moving fragile or valuable items before the technician arrives.
• Customers must disclose any known damage, stains of concern, or hazardous materials prior to service.
• Pets must be secured during the service visit for their safety and the safety of our technicians.

10. Limitation of Liability

Cleaning SystemX's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for any damage to property caused by our negligence is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion.

11. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information (name, email, phone, address) solely to schedule and fulfill your service requests. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be used to send service reminders, follow-ups, and special offers from Cleaning SystemX only.

12. Promotional Offers & Discounts

• Promotional discounts (including first-time customer offers) apply to the first service only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• Coupons and promotional codes must be presented at the time of booking or before service begins.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
